Welcome to our platform. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and our company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our mobile applications, website, content, products, and on-demand transportation and logistics delivery services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our platform.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 17 years of age or possess a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP) to create an account and access our Services.
- Account Authenticity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account details updated at all times.
- Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and for all activities, transactions, and bookings made under your account.
- Account Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we detect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, violation of these Terms, or any conduct harmful to our operational integrity or third parties.
- Service Provision: Our platform connects Users with independent third-party service providers (“Drivers” or “Delivery Partners”) for passanger transportation (Motorcycle and Car) and logistics/item delivery (Package).
- Company Role: You acknowledge that the Company acts as a technology platform provider and does not directly operate as a transportation carrier or logistics operator. Services are rendered by independent partners.
- Weight and Load Capacity: Items entrusted for delivery must strictly comply with maximum load restrictions: a maximum of 20 kg for Motorcycle delivery and within vehicle dimensions for Car delivery.
- Prohibited Items: It is strictly forbidden to send, transport, or distribute illegal or hazardous items, including but not limited to:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or unauthorized controlled substances.
- Firearms, sharp weapons, explosives, or flammable materials.
- Hazardous chemicals, toxic substances, or biohazards.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or proceeds of crime.
- Live animals or unregistered biological materials.
- Sender Responsibility: Senders are fully responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged and for providing complete, accurate recipient contact details and drop-off addresses. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from improper packaging by the sender.
- Fare Calculation: All fares for transportation and package delivery services are calculated transparently based on route distance (per kilometer), demand, and applicable service fees. Estimated total costs will be displayed prior to order confirmation.
- Payment Methods: Users agree to pay all official fees via approved payment channels, including cash directly to the Driver upon service completion, or through integrated digital wallets/e-wallets.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Users may cancel a booking free of charge prior to driver dispatch or acceptance.
- Unilateral cancellations made after a Driver has been dispatched or arrived at the pick-up location may incur a mandatory cancellation fee charged to the User’s account.
- Service Availability: Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation.
- Loss or Damage: In the event of lost or damaged items during logistics delivery due to proven driver negligence, compensation shall be governed by our official operational claims policy and limited to the declared value or established maximum liability cap.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any legal claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our application or website following published revisions constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated Terms.
